How do I replace a lost keycard?

If you misplace or loses your keycard, please submit a support ticket and we’ll process the request for a new one. For security reasons, members should submit the support ticket as soon as possible so that WeWork can deactivate the old card.


Each replacement keycard is $25 and will be charged to your account. If you find your old keycard and return it, we’ll automatically reverse the replacement charge on your account.
